Rizkana and Partners continue to demonstrate excellence in Banking and Finance

We recently advised and assisted an international foreign exchange company in connection with the legal requirements concerning the provision of foreign exchange services in Egypt. As the foregoing was taking place, our R&P Banking Team led by both Hazim Rizkana and Sherif El Hosseny, acted for a local Egyptian bank in preparing a bridge loan facility and related documents amounting to EGP 500 million (USD 31.4 million) to an Egyptian investor. It does not stop there. R&P was able to also advise a syndication of foreign banks in connection with a facility to an African development bank in the amount of USD 668 million.
