Rizkana and Partners litigation team achieve a landmark win in Anti-trust and Competition Law

R&P’s team under the supervision of Managing Partner, Hazim Rizkana with Senior Associate, Amr Ibrahim and Associate, Youssef Rizkana have successfully defended a major pharmaceutical company against an antitrust case with a value exceeding EGP 2.5 billion. They have also represented clients in other complex competition and liability cases (contractual liability and breach of contract), as well as labour and criminal and have represented clients in negotiations and settlements throughout several multimillion dollar disputes.
