The team has extensive knowledge of the day-to-day issues that arise while handling various aspects of an aircraft transaction.

We have experience in aircraft financing, aircraft and engine mortgages, other aircraft and engine security systems, aircraft registration and deregistration, maintenance agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and the repossession of aircrafts. Our team has also litigated various aviation matters under several jurisdictions, which gave its attorneys a deep understanding of international aviation regulations.
