Mohamed Yehia is a Counsel at Rizkana & Partners. Mohamed’s fields of practice are corporate, employment and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Rizkana & Partners, Mohamed was an associate at an international law firm.

Representative Experience:

  • In his 11 years of practice, Mohamed has assisted many of the world’s leading international companies on corporate matters. His experience covers incorporation of local entities, capitalisation, corporate restructuring and corporate reporting requirements.
  • In his work in mergers and acquisitions, Mohamed has advised and assisted leading international clients in connection with acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and asset sales, including conducting legal due diligences and drafting transaction documents.
  • Mohamed has also advised numerous multinational employers in connection with the hiring of employees, the requirements for the hiring of foreign nationals and concluding the amicable settlement of employment terminations.
  • Other fields of law in which Mohamed works include NGO Registration and hotels and tourism.

Education:

  • Mohamed graduated from the University of Alexandria, Faculty of Law, French Department in May 2008.
