Nadine is a member of R&P’s Corporate and Commercial team.

Prior to joining the Firm, Nadine interned in top-tier international law firms in Egypt.

Representative Experience:

• Nadine specializes in several branches of law such as general corporate, commercial, employment, and civil matters. She also provides day to day advice in diverse legal matters, namely general corporate and employment.

Education:

• Nadine holds a postgraduate Diploma in International Trade Law, Ain Shams University.
• Nadine also completed a corporate governance course ‘Legal Manual’ from RISC Legal Academy in 2021.
• She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Ain Shams University – English Section in 2022.

• Arabic and English.
