Reda Abdel-Rahman has extensive experience in the areas pertaining to incorporations, the foundation and amendment of companies which include partnerships and corporations. Reda also primarily focuses on corporations in which those that are subject to Law No. 159 of 1981 and Law No. 72 of 2017.

Reda also has professionally demonstrated his expertise in the field of real estate with a focus in land registrations. He also specializes in civil and commercial litigation, as well as the drafting and reviewing of contracts.

Representative Experience:

  • Reda has initially worked as an attorney in March of 2018 with the international law firm “Gide Loyrette Nouel,” of French origin.
  • Reda was a former Member of the Ahmed Hassan Salem Law Firm between the years of 2005 until early 2018.
  • Reda has participated in the implementation of amendments related to the Companies’ Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation for many clients. He is well-versed in working with several board of directors at client firms, as well as their foreign affiliates and representative offices.
  • Reda has considerable experience in civil, commercial and labour litigation where he is also involved in the executing of judgments and dealing with courts of all kinds.
  • Reda furthermore has drafted and reviewed a significant number of statement of claims, memos, appeals and contracts of all varieties.
  • Reda has assisted many clients in the establishment of numerous companies subject to Law No. 159 of 1981 or Law No. 72 of 2017 in all their legal forms and activities, as well as establishing their foreign affiliates and representative offices.
  • Reda has extensive links with professionals in the natural gas and petroleum industry.

  • Graduated from Faculty of Law, Helwan University, Class of 2002.
